The rooms were good-sized and functional with an electric kettle. The staff at the lobby were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast was large with coffee and croissants. The hotel's ideal location near the airport, shuttle bus, taxi, and shopping center made me feel safe. The lunch options at Kutsurogi no Yakata steps away from the hotel were varied and enjoyable.

The stay was wonderful before my flight home. The view of the mountains, including Mt. Fuji, was nice. The room was well-maintained and functional. My room had an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was ideal with a big shopping mall and supermarket within walking distance. It's at a moderate distance from Yamato, where I had a meal or two.

We had a short one-night stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with the added bonus of being heated. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking lush greenery. The free shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as to Aeon, was a convenient perk. it was a great experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

Convenience with a free airport shuttle service.
Not nearly as nice nor as well appointed as the other hotels during our trip, but substantially less costly. It made our two departures - one to S. Korea and another home to the U.S. much easier.

Final night in Japan
b In general: /b Tired hotel with unhelpful policies, very noisy reception area. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b Nice grounds, however not easy to get to . Courtesy bus is not always convenient and taxis are expensive . br/ b Service: /b We stayed in several hotels and apartments during our visit to Japan and all were very accommodating regarding checking in times however upon arriving at your hotel at about 1.30 pm we were told that we would have to wait until 3pm as written on our booking. And that we had to go away and book in at 3pm. br/ b Dining: /b Food in restaurant was ok, unfortunately the bill was presented before we had finished ordering. Room service breakfast was excellent. br/ b Room: /b Was large but tired , bathroom was in need of an upgrade. br/

The location was convenient, as it was quite close to Narita airport. The free shuttle bus service provided an easy and hassle-free transport to and from the airport. The staff was kind and helpful, providing a high standard of service. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from some of the rooms. The hotel also had facilities like a swimming pool, sauna, and gym, which were a plus for families with kids.
The hotel could benefit from some renovations in terms of room upgrades and bathroom amenities.
